Which wax do you use?
We use 100% vegan wax (soy + coconut blend) with no paraffin wax to give you the purest and most natural aroma experience.
What's the difference of soy wax and regular wax?
Most big brands' candles, including the ones found at home stores, use paraffin wax as their main source.
Paraffin wax is stable, safe, and also used for cosmetics. However, it releases harmful cancer causing chemicals when burning.
Soy wax is made out of soybeans which makes it all natural, vegan, and eco-friendly.
Why am I charged extra fees on my credit card statement?
Note that SouveDeer.com is USA registered website. That is likely the Foreign Transaction fees. Please contact your credit card company to know more about the charges.
When will my order arrive?
Most candles are made-to-order which takes 3-5 days to process. Shipping days do NOT include processing time.
All shipping options can be found on checkout page, ranging from 1 day to 7 days.
Can I return my order?
All products are final sale. We carefully inspect every item before shipping.
However, if you receive damaged items, please contact us with proof of photos and videos at hello@souvedeer.com
What should I do if package was not retrieved in time and got returned?
All returned packages due to unsuccessful delivery such as provided address not deliverable, or failed to retrieve package, will NOT be refunded.
Buyer will need to pay extra shipping fees for a re-shipment.
Why am I being asked to pay fees by custom?
Every country has different custom fee rule. SouveDeer is NOT responsible for custom fees.
What happens next if my package was returned because I didn't pay the custom fees?
All returned package due to not paying custom fees will NOT be refunded. Buyer will need to pay extra shipping fees for re-shipment.

Do my Stamps expire?
Your Stamps are part of your permanent record and do not expire, so you can collect them at your own pace.
How do I check my Stamp balance?
Simply click the "Rewards" icon at the bottom right of our site to view your passport and current Stamp balance at any time.
Can I use Stamps for Corporate Gifting?
Absolutely! We love being part of your corporate journeys. For bulk orders and business rewards, please contact us directly for personalized assistance.
Can I use multiple rewards at one time?
Each purchase allows for one Credit (discount code) per order. Choose the one that best suits your current adventure!
What happens to my Stamps if I return an order?
If an order is cancelled, the Stamps earned from that specific trip will be deducted from your passport.
I forgot to log in! Can I still get my Stamps?
Don't worry! If you missed a Stamp during checkout, just contact us at hello@souvedeer.com with your order number, and we’ll update your passport manually.
