Which wax do you use?
We use 100% soy wax (not soy & paraffin wax blend) to give you the purest and most natural aroma experience.

What's the difference of soy wax and regular wax?
Most big brands' candles, including the ones found at home stores, use paraffin wax as their main source.

Paraffin wax is stable, safe, and also used for cosmetics. However, it releases harmful cancer causing chemicals when burning.

Soy wax is made out of soybeans which makes it all natural, vegan, and eco-friendly.

Why am I charged extra fees on my credit card statement?
Note that SouveDeer is USA registered website. That is likely the Foreign Transaction fees. Please contact your credit card company to know more about the charges.

All returned packages due to unsuccessful delivery such as provided address not deliverable, or failed to retrieve package, will NOT be refunded.
